1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or placing an order on builtbywolfcustomtrucks.com ("the Site"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you don't agree, please don't use the Site or place an order.

2. Products & Fitment

Product listings, fitment notes, and specs are provided to the best of our knowledge, but it is the buyer's responsibility to confirm exact fitment for their truck's make, model, year, and configuration before ordering especially for custom-fabricated parts, which are built to the specifications provided at checkout. See our Cancellation & Refund Policy for what happens if that information is incorrect.

3. Installation & Safety

Built By Wolf parts including but not limited to suspension components, air ride kits, body drop kits, and steering stabilizers are aftermarket and/or custom-fabricated products intended for installation by a qualified, professional mechanic familiar with heavy-duty truck systems. Improper installation, use, or maintenance of these parts can affect vehicle handling and safety.

Built By Wolf is not responsible for injury, vehicle damage, or any other loss resulting from improper installation, improper use, or installation by someone not qualified to perform the work. It's the buyer's and installer's responsibility to confirm any part is roadworthy and legal in their state before the vehicle is driven.

4. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in USD and are due in full at checkout. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors on the Site, even after an order is placed, and will contact you before charging any corrected amount.

5. Orders & Cancellations

Order, cancellation, and refund terms including custom and made-to-order fabrication are covered in our Cancellation & Refund Policy and Shipping Policy, which are part of these Terms.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site including photos of our builds, product photography, logos, and written content belongs to Built By Wolf and may not be copied, reused, or redistributed without written permission.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Site to: violate any law; attempt to access accounts or data that aren't yours; interfere with the Site's operation; or submit false information on an order (including fitment details) with the intent to defraud or dispute a legitimate charge.

8. Warranty Disclaimer

Except where stated on an individual product listing, Built By Wolf parts are sold as-is, with no warranty beyond manufacturing defects reported within the window stated in our Refund Policy. We do not warrant that a part will be compatible with modifications, other aftermarket parts, or non-standard builds not disclosed to us at the time of order.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Built By Wolf is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the purchase, installation, or use of any product including lost income, vehicle downtime, or damage to other vehicle components beyond the price paid for the part itself.

10. Indemnification

You agree to hold Built By Wolf harmless from any claim, damage, or expense (including legal fees) arising from your misuse of a product, improper installation, or violation of these Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time; changes take effect once posted to this page. Continued use of the Site after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
