Shipping & Delivery

Domestic shipping (U.S.): Standard, 3–8 business days in transit once your order ships.

Processing Time

• Stocked / standard orders are processed within 3–7 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays. A tracking number is sent to the customer once the item is handed to the carrier.
• Custom-fabricated orders (body drops, custom leaf springs, brackets, or any part built or modified to your truck's specs) are processed within 5–14 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays.
• Custom or high-volume orders that require manufacturing (full kits, multi-part builds, or anything made from raw stock) are processed within 14–21 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays.

Custom fabrication timelines start the day the order is placed and payment is confirmed not the day materials arrive, if a delay on our end pushes that further we will contact you directly.

Shipping Restrictions

• Orders cannot be shipped to P.O. Boxes.
• Oversized or freight items (body drop kits, complete air ride kits, leaf springs) may ship via freight carrier and require someone available to receive and inspect the item at delivery.
